Megan Burnett's profile

Autism Arts Centre

The overall concept of this project was to create a balance between open and closed spaces, specifically individual and social spaces. I have designed a series of walkways and viewing platforms within the underneath space of the site along with a series of individual zen pods which contrast to the open, liveliness of the rest of the space. There are also large voids through the ground and first floors which allow for the drama of the underneath space to be viewed from above from a balcony.
